Fully Removing the App if Deletion Fails on iOS
Summary:
If Magic Earth cannot be deleted normally, follow these system-level steps or contact Apple Support for device-level help.
Steps:
On the Home Screen, press and hold the Magic Earth icon.
Tap Remove App → Delete App.
If deletion hangs, restart your iPhone.
Go to Settings → General → iPhone Storage → Magic Earth → Delete App.
If the issue persists, contact Apple Support.
Always be sure you backup your favourites before you uninstall Magic Earth!
Notes:
Magic Earth does not create undeletable files.
Offline maps and route caches are automatically removed upon uninstall.
