             If Magic Earth fails to install or the installation stalls, it may be due to low storage, poor connection, or store service downtime. 

            Steps: 

            1. Verify that you have a stable internet connection. 

            1. Ensure your device has free storage. 

            1. Retry the installation from the App Store or Play Store. 

            1. Restart your device and try again. 

            1. If it still fails, contact Apple or Google support. 

            Always be sure you backup your favourites before you uninstall Magic Earth! 

            Notes: 

            • Avoid cancelling downloads mid-way. 

            • Temporary store outages can delay app installs.
