How to Cancel or Manage Your Subscription
Summary:
You can cancel your Magic Earth Premium subscription at any time through your device’s app store.
Steps:
On Android (Google Play)
Open the Google Play Store app.
Tap your Profile icon → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions.
Select Magic Earth.
Tap Cancel Subscription.
On iOS (App Store)
Open your device’s Settings app.
Tap your Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Find Magic Earth in the list.
Tap Cancel Subscription.
On Website (within 14 days of purchase)
Head to https://paddle.net/
Tap on Look up my Purchase
Enter the email address used to checkout
Paddle will locate your purchase and send you a verification email
Verify your email and then share your reason for refund request
The Paddle team will then advise your eligibility for a refund and next steps
