Where Can I Find My Payment Receipt or Invoice?
Summary:
Payment confirmations, receipts, and invoices are issued by the app store platform used for your purchase or on www.magicearth.com if subscribed directly on Magic Earth.
Steps:
On Android (Google Play)
Open the Order History tab.
Find Magic Earth Premium.
Click View Receipt to download or print.
On iOS (App Store)
Open the Settings app.
Tap your name.
Tap Subscriptions.
Tap "Magic Earth" subscription, to view billing details and receipts
On Website (magicearth.com checkout)
Complete your payment via the Magic Earth website checkout.
After payment, check your email inbox
You will receive two emails -
One with your license key
One with your invoice
Notes:
Receipts are emailed automatically to your registered store or checkout email address after purchase
For web purchases, keep the license key email safe so you can activate Magic Earth on the correct device
Magic Earth Support cannot modify billing details or reissue invoices; support can only assist with license and activation questions
