Refund Policy and Requesting a Refund

Summary: 


Refunds for Magic Earth Premium are processed differently depending on where you made your purchase: 

  • App Store (iOS): Managed by Apple. 

  • Google Play Store (Android): Managed by Google. 

  • Magic Earth Web Store: Managed directly by Magic Earth Support. 


Magic Earth cannot process refunds for purchases made through the App Store or Google Play Store, as those platforms control all payment transactions and refund policies. 

Steps: 

On Android (Google Play) 

  1. Under Order History, find your Magic Earth payment. 

  1. Select Request a Refund and follow the on-screen steps. 

On iOS (App Store) 

  1. Go to Settings & login in with your Apple ID. 

  1. Locate the Magic Earth transaction. 

  1. Select Request a Refund, and choose the reason. 

Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days depending on your payment provider. 

On Website (within 14 days of purchase) 

  1. Tap on Look up my Purchase 

  1. Enter the email address used to checkout 

  1. Paddle will locate your purchase and send you a verification email 

  1. Verify your email and then share your reason for refund request 

  1. The Paddle team will then advise your eligibility for a refund and next steps 

Important Notes 

  • Refund eligibility depends on each platform’s refund window and purchase conditions. 

  • Subscriptions canceled after renewal may not be immediately eligible for a refund but will remain active until the billing period ends. 

  • Always ensure you request the refund from the same platform you used to make the purchase.
