How to Restore Purchases After Reinstall or Device Change
Summary:
If you reinstall Magic Earth or switch devices, you can restore your existing purchase using the same account credentials you used originally.
Steps:
On Android
Open Magic Earth.
Tap Account icon → Settings → Subscription.
Tap Restore Purchases.
Make sure you’re logged into the same Google account used for the original purchase.
On iOS
Open Magic Earth.
Tap Account icon → Settings → Subscription.
Tap Restore Purchases.
Confirm that you’re signed in with the same Apple ID used during your purchase.
If the restore button doesn’t appear to do anything, check your internet connection and restart the app.
Notes:
Web-based purchases can only be restored by logging into your Magic Earth account.
If the issue persists, contact Magic Earth support with proof of purchase.
