Where Can I Find My Payment Receipt or Invoice?
Summary:
Payment confirmations, receipts, and invoices are issued by the app store platform used for your purchase or on www.magicearth.com if subscribed directly on Magic Earth.
Steps:
On Android (Google Play)
Open the Order History tab.
Find Magic Earth Premium.
Click View Receipt to download or print.
On iOS (App Store)
Open the Settings app.
Tap your name.
Tap Subscriptions.
Tap the subscription.
Tap Cancel Subscription. You may need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button.
Notes:
Receipts are emailed automatically to your registered store email address after purchase.
Magic Earth Support cannot modify billing details.
