            Payment Options: App / Play Store vs Web Checkout


            Steps 

            On Android (Google Play) 

            1. Open the Google Play Store on your device. 

            1. Search for Magic Earth Navigation & Maps and open the app page. 

            1. Tap Subscribe or Start 14‑day free trial for Magic Earth Premium. 

            1. Confirm your Google Play payment method and follow the on‑screen steps. 

            On iOS (App Store) 

            1. Open the Magic Earth app on your iPhone. 

            1. Go to the in‑app Premium or Upgrade section. 

            1. Tap Start 14‑day free trial or Subscribe and confirm with your Apple ID. 

            1. Your subscription will begin with a 14‑day free trial and then renew automatically unless canceled. 

            On Website (Private checkout – One‑Year License) 

            1. Go to the Magic Earth website and open the Pricing or Premium section. 

            1. Choose the web checkout option for Magic Earth Premium. 

            1. Complete the payment with your preferred method and email address. 

            1. After payment, you receive two emails: 

            1. One with your license key (one license key = one device). 

            1. One with your invoice for your records. 

            1. Enter the license key in the Magic Earth app to activate Premium for one year. 

            1. At the end of the year, you can manually purchase a new license if you wish to continue; there is no automatic renewal. 

             
            Important Notes 

            • App Store and Google Play purchases include a 14‑day free trial and are auto‑renewing subscriptions unless canceled in time. 

            • Web checkout is a one‑time, one‑year license with no free trial and no auto‑renewal. 

            • All purchase paths unlock the same Magic Earth Premium features; only billing, trial, and renewal behavior differ. 

            • Web checkout is recommended if you prefer a more privacy‑friendly payment option and do not want to associate your purchase with an Apple or Google account.  

            • To switch platforms (for example, from App Store to web checkout), first cancel your current subscription, let it expire, and then purchase using your preferred method.
