How to Activate a Web License Key in the Magic Earth App
Before You Start
Have your license key ready from the web checkout confirmation email.
Make sure you have the latest version of Magic Earth installed from the App Store or Google Play.
Option 1: Activate from Settings
Open Magic Earth on your device.
Go to Settings
Under Subscription, tap Activate License.
On the Activate license screen, enter your product code/license key into the text field.
Tap Activate.
After a few moments, Premium features will be enabled for your device for the duration of your license.
Option 2: Activate from the Premium Screen
Open Magic Earth.
Tap the cart icon or Premium entry to open the Premium screen.
At the bottom of this screen, tap Activate license.
Enter your license key in the field provided.
Tap Activate to complete activation.
Important Notes
A web license key is not an in‑app subscription; it is a one‑year license tied to a single device.
If you already have an active App Store or Google Play subscription, avoid activating a web license on the same device unless you plan to cancel the store subscription to prevent duplicate payment.
If the code is rejected, double‑check for extra spaces or character confusion (e.g., 0 vs O), then try again; if the issue persists, contact support@magicearth.com with your purchase email and license key.
