Why the License Activation page is grayed out?
Summary:
If an active subscription exists—whether active or canceled but not yet expired—the subscription page will be grayed out because license keys and subscriptions cannot be used together. You can verify your Magic Earth subscription status in the app.
Steps:
To Check Your Subscription Status:
Open the Subscription menu in the app.
Tap See current subscriptions.
If a subscription is active, you will see Magic Earth Navigation & Maps listed.
Understanding Why the License Activation Page Is Grayed Out:
When a subscription is active (even if canceled but not expired), the system prevents additional subscriptions.
License keys cannot be activated during this time because they also function as a form of subscription.
To avoid duplicate subscriptions, all subscription options are disabled and appear grayed out.
Notes:
A canceled subscription remains active until its expiration date.
Once the subscription fully expires, you will be able to activate a license key again.
