Live Traffic Data is part of our Premium subscription. If saving time, fuel, and frustration matters to you, Premium unlocks the tools that make that happen.

Traffic coverage depends on regional data availability and our traffic data partners. We’re continuously expanding support, and you’ll find the current list of supported countries and regions below

However, please note that Live Traffic Data is not available in all regions worldwide. Coverage depends on our traffic data providers and local data availability.

Coverage Outside Supported Regions

If you’re traveling outside the supported countries listed above, Live Traffic may be limited or unavailable. Coverage depends on local data availability and regional providers.

We are actively expanding traffic support to additional regions.

If Live Traffic should be available in your area but isn’t working as expected, check the following before contacting support:

• You are using the latest version of the Magic Earth app

• You have an active internet connection

• Live Traffic is enabled (Settings → General → Map Layers → Traffic)

• Your Premium subscription is active

If all of the above checks out and it’s still not working, contact our support team and we’ll investigate.
