Purchased Incorrect Number of Licenses

If you accidentally purchased the wrong number of licenses, please contact our support team at support@magiceaerth.com.

At this time, partial refunds are not supported by our payment provider. To correct the number of licenses, we will need to refund the entire purchase, after which you can place a new order with the correct quantity. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.


Note:

  • All licenses are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Multi-year license options are currently not available.
  • This policy applies only to licenses purchased through our website.
