Email Verification Code Is Stuck or Arrives Late
Summary:
If you’re not receiving the one-time verification code (OTP) or it’s delayed, it may be due to email provider delays or temporary server downtime.
Steps:
- Wait a few minutes, as some email services (for example Outlook or Yahoo) can take longer to deliver the OTP.
- Check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders for the email containing the code.
- Make sure you entered the correct email address with no typos.
- Use the option in the app to resend the code.
- If the issue persists, try a different login method, such as “Sign in with Apple” on iOS or “Continue with Passkey” on Android.
- You can also try switching your internet connection, for example from mobile data to Wi‑Fi or vice versa.
Notes:
If verification continues to fail, wait 15–20 minutes before trying again.
