Map Fails to Render After Login
Summary:
If you successfully log in but the map doesn’t load, it may be due to temporary connectivity or cache issues.
Steps:
Close and restart the Magic Earth app.
Ensure your device has an active Wi-Fi or mobile data connection.
Check whether Magic Earth has the necessary Location and Storage permissions.
If using Offline Maps, ensure they are downloaded and updated.
Restart your device and reopen the app.
If the problem persists, contact support@magicearth.com for further help.
Notes:
This issue can also occur if servers are temporarily unavailable. Try again after a few minutes.
You can continue to use offline maps without needing to log in again.
